Directed by Mara Velez, this short film follows Tammy after a panic attack triggered by her Existential OCD, which pushes her to commit to ERP therapy and confront her fears about death. A biographical story, it portrays OCD informed by research and my own lived experience with this condition, aiming to bring an authentic perspective to mental health on screen.
